My name is Thi Kim Hue Nguyen ( Hannah Nguyen). I’m from Vietnam and migrated to Australia when I was a student. I love cooking and introducing beautiful Asian food to my foreign friends. However, I’m still new in Adelaide so networking with everyone here would help me expand friendships and share my interest in Asian food.
Tell us a bit about your business or organisation/role: I am a qualified Chef and running my small private chef business called TaiNam_Kitchen. TaiNam has been delivering private experiences for dinner or lunch at guest places with Asian-influenced and fine dining techniques. The services will provide everything related to tableware to ensure guests fully enjoy their special day meal without stress.. As a woman, I understand all Moms would love to treat their family to a cozy and nice dinner. However, they may be too busy with work and kids that why I came up with this idea.

What has been a lesson you learnt in your career or business that has stayed with you?
By working on my own business I realized that business ethics is crucial for building trust, maintaining a positive reputation, and ensuring long-term success.. By adhering to ethical principles and fostering a culture of integrity, businesses can contribute positively to society and achieve sustainable growth.

As a young woman, I still need to learn a lot about doing business, organizing my own life, and making sure work-life balance. By being a part of SA Woman I believe I can learn from everyone here who has more experience by connecting through SA Woman.
