Together we will elevate our South Australian women of today and our women of the future.
Since 2017, SA Woman has been here to create impact and shine a light on the contributions of women in South Australia and on the future, our girls.
We believe that all South Australian women and girls deserve the opportunities to forge their own path, in a business or in a career. We believe that connection is key to a sense of belonging, encouragement and empowerment. We believe that “we can’t be, what we can’t see”, and sharing the stories and paths of the women who walk beside us, is key to elevating the status of our women and girls and empowering us all to unleash our potential. .
“We can’t be, what we can’t see. SA Woman is here to show all women and girls what is possible.”
Meet an SA Woman.

Kate Holland – Department for Correctional Services
As Principal Advisor for Women, my work at the Department is to inform strategy and policy for women who come into contact with the criminal justice system and are either in custody or have a community corrections order in South Australia. I work with the women in custody and community, with service providers and other stakeholders, as well as the staff of the Department, to ensure that the work that we do is gender supportive and supports women to move away from the system towards engaged and productive lives in community.
Tracey Finocchio – Riverside Woodfired Pizza
After dedicating 29 years to public service as a government employee, Tracey made a significant life change by moving from the city to regional Murray Bridge. Embracing this new chapter, she resigned from the state government and launched a mobile woodfired pizza catering business.
Leveraging her strong background in administration and customer service, the business has flourished. Her commitment to excellence and passion for serving delicious woodfired pizzas have driven steady growth, resulting in a stream of enquiries, bookings, glowing Google reviews, and a growing reputation.
Since moving to Murray Bridge, Tracey has become deeply involved in her community. She organised a regional International Women’s Day event, is an active member of Business Murray Bridge, participated in a Regional Leadership Development Program (and joined its Steering Committee), and is collaborating with local women to start a Women’s Networking Group.
Starting Riverside Woodfired Pizza has not only helped Tracey regain her self-confidence but also empowered others, particularly women. She has witnessed firsthand the strength that arises when women come together to share their experiences, resources, and encouragement.

In September 2022 I was awarded the SA Woman Emerging Woman In Business Award in recognition of my passion for changing the face of estate planning and creating a business that supports my wider community.
Whether you want to write a will that takes care of your family or you’re in the process of managing a deceased estate, at Your Estate Lawyer we’re on a mission to…
⭐ Set families up to succeed (not fail or fight)

Tanya Williams – Williams + Co Conveyancing
Hello! I’m so excited to be on the small business journey. I am Certified Practising Conveyancer based in the beautiful Mid North / Clare Valley. I specialize in residential and rural transactions, estate and matrimonial transfers.
After many years of being under the “Corporate Firm Umbrella” in conveyancing, 2024 is the year I have taken the leap to go out on my own. Doing so allows me to be more client focused and embrace the communities I live and work in which is so important in rural areas.
I have been in the real estate industry for over 20 years with the directional change to conveyancing taking place in 2015. Over those years, I have seen an enormous change in the conveyancing industry including the mandating of e-conveyancing.
To broaden my world, I absolutely love travelling both overseas and locally. We are exceptionally spoiled for choice in SA with a fabulous food and wine scene of which I am an avid supporter!
I read. I cook. I garden. I live on our farming property between Clare & Burra. I am a huge fan of my two towering sons who keep the reality of life front and centre for both my husband and I.
It’s an exciting time to be taking this on and to embrace the networks around me.
