Tell us a bit about you:
I am a passionate nature lover, dedicated to creating sustainable and beautiful spaces that are calming and respect the planet and wildlife. As a mum of two beautiful adult daughters and an adoptive mum to many, I understand the importance of nurturing both family and the environment. My incredibly supportive husband has been instrumental in making my dream of designing gardens a reality.
I’m a HUGE animal lover and find joy in spending time with my beloved rescue dog and our two one-eyed, fluffy rescue cats. My love for animals extends into my work, where I often incorporate elements that support local wildlife and much-loved pets.

What has been a lesson you learnt in your career or business that has stayed with you?
One of the most valuable lessons I’ve learned in my career is the importance of being authentically myself and embracing the unique differences in every client. Early on, I realised that authenticity not only builds trust but also creates deeper connections with clients. When I bring my true self into my work, I can design gardens that are not just beautiful but also deeply meaningful and aligned with the values and dreams of those I work with.
I’ve also learned that every client is different, with their own vision, needs, and personal values. Rather than trying to fit them into a one-size-fits-all approach, I’ve discovered the power of valuing these differences. By listening, understanding, and appreciating what makes each client unique, I can create designs that truly resonate with them on a personal level.
This approach has shaped my business philosophy: be true to myself and honour the individuality of every client. It’s not just about designing a garden; it’s about crafting a space that reflects who they are and what they care about, ensuring that their garden becomes a personal sanctuary they’ll cherish for years to come.
What is your favourite place in South Australia to visit?
Only one?! I love so many places in South Australia but really anywhere that has my family in it.
